I need some info on the Princess Teas at Grand.Fl. My DSIL and I have a discussion on the cost $$$ of this.. She says she only can find the $200+ tea that includes a doll, braclet, scrapbook and ? I thought there was a less expensive tea that did not have the extra stuff. I think that $200 is a lot of money for a 4 yo ...
Any info will help ! I might get to take her down there for a week with out mom and dad so I want to do something special for just her and I together. Love the child... but her mom would want to be there for the special tea...

Interested also.

The only other one i know is just afternoon Tea at The Grand floridian where the children can have apple juice for their "tea".

If money was no object i would take DD and my mom to the princess tea but that would be $265 for the three of us. So planning on doing a regular tea for the three of us instead.

That is the Alice in Wonderland Tea that was/is each Mon-Fri at 1:30. But not sure they still do this....
I found that the kids get to decorat a cupcake and the White Rabbit, Alice and 1? other is there.
Hope someone else knows a bit more. Like if they still do this! There is a very big difference between the Aurora $200 tea and the Alice $25 tea!

Could the new Bibbity-Boppy-Bo boutique in DTD have a place to have tea when it opens in April?

Would like to know more about that also....

Mrs. Potts Tea - For the younger tea lover in your party, we offer a variety of tea sandwiches, tuna salad, ham and cheese, peanut butter and jelly on white bread. We serve our magical dark tea (chocolate milk), followed by a choice of 2 pastries $8.50 per guest

Is what i was thinking of for the three of us. The princess tea looks wonderful with the girls dressed up,storytelling and dancing etc. but i choke on the price.

I think that this is one of the things I was looking for. But it doesn't have a lot for a young girl to do... like the other teas do. So does this replace the Alice in Wonderland tea? Or are they still doing that also? I can't find it on the WDW site.
Thanks for the info!

They still have the Wonderland Tea Party but it is for the kids only...no adults allowed. I believe it's held Monday through Friday from 1:30-2:30 and costs around $30 per child. It's hosted by Alice and the Mad Hatter.

DD did the wonderland tea party and the princess tea party on our last trip. They are both nice but really uncompareable. We had a nice time at the princess tea party and she loves her doll Briar Rose, but she has asked to do the wonderland tea party again this year. I think she loved it that she got to go on her own with a bunch of kids her age. I would rather shell out the $30 than over $200 again.

For what it's worth, I was thinking about booking the Perfectly Princess Tea and the price has gone up. It's now $225 ($150 for the child and $75 for the adult if you want to add an extra).
