How many characters will we meet on a cruise?

Not all characters are in costume. Yes, i know, a number of your fellow cruisers are characters, some good, some bad. However, when we were on our B2B Med./WBTA a couple of years ago we got to know the cast member who was responsible for our section of deck during the safety drill...he even gave us a quick tour of one of the lifeboats. During the "Tangled" show I thought the thug with a hook ("I have a dream" song) looked familiar...wow, it was our guy!! Since we were on the Magic for two weeks, we interacted with him a number of times. Often he was one of the handlers for costumed characters. Other members of the show also gave back stage tours and managed other special events...very cool. When Disney calls their employees "cast members" that means they are always on stage and a character of sorts.

That’ll be cool to see. I’ve been wondering how the characters stay out of sight when they’re not in character.

This is the first I’ve heard of the mice being on a cruise! Are there specific ones they’re most likely to be on?

Suzy and Perla had two or three scheduled appearances on my 12-night Iceland/Norway itinerary on the Magic in 2016, one *with* Cinderella I think. I never saw the boy mice for m&g but they were featured in Twice Charmed.

That’ll be cool to see. I’ve been wondering how the characters stay out of sight when they’re not in character.

The entertainment staff has lots of jobs. THey are often the handlers/line managers for photo ops when they aren't in character. I've recognized and chatted with many of them.

I checked into the same cruise personal navigators but only saw one princess, Ariel. Could she be the only princess on the Wonder? There will be a frozen meet and greet, princess gathering and Royal tea party?

That would mean she's the only princess you show up to stand in line for rather than get an advance ticket for. She was the only one in that category on our Magic cruise too.

If there are those three events, there will be at least three other princesses and more likely four. We had Rapunzel, Tiana, Belle, and Cinderella. They do all show up for the evening gathering on the last night. Anna and Elsa didn't appear anywhere outside of the Frozen meet.
