I received the call yesterday and tried my best to keep it at the rate or get other offers. Was denied... and treated with respect by Yolanda. It would not have been fair of me to take it out on her. It's Disney's decision and I had already messed up the ressies by accidentally missing a night and double booking the last night. After about 15 minutes of discussion with Yolanda, I cancelled - this is now reflected on the WDW reservations site.
Am I disappointed? Yes - it would have been nice to stay in a garden suite. However, after sleeping on this, I am fine with what happened. I knew it was an error and gambled to see if they would honor it. I didn't lose anything as I'll get a full refund, and we're still going with a
AAA discount and the dining plan (plus I talked my DH into Wilderness Lodge instead!). JMHO
