how long would you wait

for a reply ..i emailed Fantasy world villas regarding our reception buffet and decorations and my parents making a payment on their villa on the 29 may and then again on the 16th of june..just getting a bit concerned as normaly the person who replys is pretty quick and i had no trouble whatsever with them since first booking the villa .
i havnt heard anything bad about them and i know some of you have booked to stay there...i just dont know what to do really its getting so close now till we go over

have rang them but the lady who has been helping me has been on vacation for the last week and will be back tommorrow so will wait to hear from her this week ...
