How long would this take?

On the morning we are doing Future World, we were thinking of doing the following -

Boat from WL to Contemporary

Monorail to TTC

Monorail to Epcot

Anybody have any idea how long we should allow for that whole scenario? I know we could just take the bus, but my little guy was crazy for the boats and monorails on our last trip, and we won't be in any hurry or anything.

No info to provide, but I'll be interested in your answer too.
:boat: My 7 yr old DS shares your little boy's love of boats and anything choo-choo. ;)

Mainly, I wanted to admire your Waaay cute Halloween baby pic! Thx for sharing it.

The boat ride to the CR would take less than 10 minutes and then you have to walk to the monorail station in the CR. The TTC is the first stop from the CR, less than 5 minute ride. The monorail ride from TTC would probably take 15 to 20 minutes. The wait time would be the big variable. If things work well it may be 1 hour, but I'm guessing more like 1 1/2 hours.

If you want a little quicker trip with out the boat you can take the bus from WL to TTC and then the monorail to Epcot. The bus to the TTC would be about 5 minutes and the monorail ride 15 to 20 minutes. This would take anywhere from 35 minutes to 1 hour to Epcot.

This is just a guess, but I have taken these routes at times from the WL.

Going the way you describe, 30 minutes if EVERYTHING is waiting for you (unlikely), and hour and half if you miss every connection. I'd just take the bus. Also, the bus to TTC and monorail option is a good compromise, but could still take upwards of an hour if you have to wait a while for the bus/monorail.

once in epcot you can ride the friendship boat, which should fulfill the little guy's hankering for a boatride :)

If the line's not too bad, try to ride the monorail up front from TTC to Epcot.
