In order to "earn your ears" you must have achieved the total of 500 posts. At that point you become a DIS Veteran which is the highest rank you can receive unless you sponsor or are a moderator.

no for ears it is 75 veteran changes whenever i changed at 5,000 to veteran i know people who changed at 1,000 some 500 others 2,000
