We are flying southwest and our plane does not get in untill 9:30 pm
We are renting a car from alamo, about how long will it take us to get to SOG. They said if we were going to arrive after midnight we would have to call them.

Thanks
16 days:banana:

Actually it depend on per miles so whenever we hire a car they charge on the basis of per kilometer . Actually in these days i have started new business to give car on the basis of rent . If you need in every situation so plz contact me .

Thanks !

Use an Alamo kiosk. Follow the instructions on the screen - I think swipe your driver's license and credit card, and press some buttons. Take your paperwork. Go to the garage. Pick a car. Check out.
Figure, 45 minutes from plane to exit.
Drive to Walt Disney World. Once onsite, follow signs to Shades of Green.
Figure another 45 minutes.
I may easily be estimating high. This should be about 11 PM, so no need to call - but program the SoG number into your phone in case:
  • the plane is late
  • there are long lines at the kiosks or checkout booths
  • for some odd reason, they're temporarily out of cars
  • you get lost
  • you need to stop someplace along the way, i.e. for food

Thanks, I was begining to panic, I hate getting in so late but it was the only non stop flight available.

Do you need a car? SoG charges for parking. You could take a car service for less then what a car rental will cost. You could rent a car for a day or two.

Lewis has a point. A car service will get you there faster and for a fixed price, and SoG does have its own bus service. In addition, you can walk over to the Polynesian and use Disney transportation.

I think SoG has a Hertz desk. Might make sense if you only need a car for a day or two. Trip to the Space Center or to Universal.

Price it both ways.

We are paying about 180 for the car for 9 days. I didn't think that was to bad even adding in the 5 a day for parking at SOG. My husband likes having a car.
Thanks for all your advice
