How long will it take for BCV to sell out?

Please forgive a basic question, but being new to the DVC game, I am not aware of how long the other DVC resorts had spaces before they sold out, so can anyone give me an approx. timeframe as far as how long I may have to buy into BCV before it will be too late? by the way, I know BCV opens in July, but when did they start selling them in the first place?

I believe, VWL took approx 1 year to seel out. VWL advertises 136 vacation homes. Do you know how many advertised vacation homes at BCV? I think proportionally BCV will sell out a little quicker.

I believe it was Feb 3rd they started selling BCV. I signed paperwork at 5:30pm on the 2nd, and was likely one of the very last to get VWL.

They are predicting sellout at BCV by the end of the year.

Looking at the activity in the sales office and the number of members I see on these boards looking to buy add ons I think it will be before the end of this year. It was REALLY busy when I visited last week and that wasn't at a particularly busy holiday time.

BCV did start selling in Feb. It has over 200 units so even though it is selling quickly, it may take longer than VWL due to the amount of units available. I asked my guide last week how much of it was sold and she said they haven't told them. Others have reported that it is 25 % sold. I believe there was a significant inital demand of people who are BC fans waiting for it to come available. But now with the incentive changing and the price going up to $80 I wonder if it won't slow down a bit. And of course when it sells out, there will always be resales available!
