I remember you posting about a cruise. I sure hope you go with your son.

Normally, I would say fight for your marriage, but in your case I think you're better off without him. When I think of you and your son (you have a son, right?) I think of him learning how to treat women badly. Children really do learn what they live.

Lots of good advice has been given.

**I would definitely change the locks immediately--first thing tomorrow. You should also change the code on your garage door opener.
**Does he have keys to your car as well? You might want to change those locks too--probably expensive, but might be worth it. What would you do if he took your car?
**Transfer the money out of the joint accounts.
**Does he have keys to the lock box if you have one? If so, get a new lock box in your name only and move everything in to it.
**Get a good lawyer immediately--DO NOT share a lawyer with him. You need someone to represent your and your son's rights. One lawyer can not do both impartially.
**Have someone videotape you as you go around the house, open cupboards, talk about possessions, etc. You might even want to make lists of items, when you got them, were they a gift, did you have them before, etc.

I have nothing to say that everyone else has not already said! I am just telling you that I am probably old enough to be your mom and I am heart sick over reading this entire Thread and I just wish I could just throw my arms around you and hug you....I know we do not know each other....but that does not matter right now....you need support and we are all here for you listening to everything you say.
