I agree with the 45 minute estimate. Its roughly 15 minutes to Bluffton from I-95. Then another 10 to the island and another 20 to get to the resort.

Hey, are you driving from the Cape? When? We are leaving from Exit 5 off the Mass Pike, headed into CT, and stopping at HH our first night, too!!
