I spoke to MS this morning, our points are still not available. I asked the CM who I could speak to about this since we have been in the system for over a week. She transfered me to Member Administration but all I got was the automated thing and when I picked each option it gave me to a voicemail. I called back and pressed the extension for Member accounting, a very nice CM confirmed I was in the system since 6/23 and she couldn't figure out why my points weren't showing. She put me on hold for a long time and came back on said she spoke with administartion and she will transfer me to them to help me. After being on hold so long I was going to hang up another nice CM picked up and told me that re-sales normally take longer but because phones were down last Wednesday they are behind a day and they are closed tomorrow for the holiday they will be behind another day. She explained my contract to me to make sure it was correct and she actually checked availability for me for my dates. I told her I was looking for the impossible, a 1 or 2 bedroom at BWV for 11/11-11/15. She put a 2 bedroom at SSR on hold for me and put me on the waitlist for BWV. I am so relieved someone was able to help me. I was so worried we would lose the 100 points from 2005 we had.
