Bringing the family soon and I was thinking about doing something I've not tried before. Not sure if it's even possible.

Here's the situation.

We have park hoppers.

I'm about to book my LL 7 days out, but I was curious about the single passes.

Let's say I'm doing Epcot in the morning, so I do my LL multipass and purchase Guardians as a single pass. Can I also purchase a single pass for Avatar the same day that night even though it's in AK at the same time?

IF not, when can I purchase a single pass for another park? Do I have to do my first LL in Epcot?

I've never tried doing a single pass for two parks on the advance purchase timeline on the same day.

Yes, you can purchase both LLSPs at the same time.

Yes as @Miffy indicated you are able to purchase (2) LLSP per day, starting 7 days before your onsite resort stay. But as you indicated you have a park hopper ticket to book your up to (2) LLSP per day at different parks.
