How long should I wait for my DU agent to respond?

I don't want to seem like a pest, but I'm anxious to make changes to our ressie, which is about a month away. I wrote to my agent yesterday morning at 8am requesting that she add a day, but still have not received a reply. I had also written her a brief "FYI" email on the 7th informing her that I have the Disney Visa, if any discounts should apply to our ressie. She never responded to that email either. I am also curious as to why she never even mentioned any of the newer codes that came available after we booked. We originally booked with a code, then a shortly afterward I read of another code that lowered the price by about $10 a night. I don't even know if she tried to get that code or not. What would you do?

Sometimes it takes a couple of days for DU to respond. I think it just depends on the TA. I am sure you should hear something by today.

I hope you get a reply soon. You sent 3 emails without a response? Yikes. :(

She wrote me right after I posted this thread. It seems that she made some calls, but could not get a discounted rate, so she was waiting to try again this morning. All is fine now. Thanks for your responses.
