How long is CRO open tonight?

I just tried calling and I can't even get through, all I get is "we're sorry, all circuits are busy now."

We called last week around 9:45pm eastern time. We were on hold past 10 when they are suppose to "close" but they still took our call around 10:15. It took another 30 minutes to complete our requests but they never made us feel like we needed to rush and were very pleasant.

Spring time codes came out today. I booked2days ago. I was playing around on the web site tonight and you can book everything I got 2 days ago. A lot faster than waiting on the phone. Disney lowered their tickets prices on tickets of 4 or more days, plus at least 30 percent off on some rooms.


Edit, I just saw you are from Milwaukee, I live 40 miles North in a little town.
