How long have you been DVC members?

Would not change anything!!! The change in the points charts don't even matter to me because the way I look at it, I am guarenteed a vacation at least once a year at Disney....well maybe twice a year.

We have only been members for a few months - since November 2008. We just completed our very first trip to SSR last week. Everything about our stay just confirmed that we did indeed make a good decision to purchase DVC!

We've been members since april of 2001 and added on three times. We've enjoyed our trips immensely and feel we have just the right number of points now. We aren't wealthy so added up small contracts.

I do think DVC is expanding far too rapidly at WDW and am not comfortable with the crowd levels at the parks during most times of the year. While I know Disney is a business, I see the g in greed getting larger every year. That being said, you'll see us back in the World in March.

Been members since May 2000...and added on 2X Happy with my vacations but not happy with the managemant and the way they are doing things the last 3 or so years....Agree with above statements...

Owned just 3 years and very happy. I don't think I would have done anything differently. We joined at the right time- when our youngest turned 3 and we needed more space. We started with 160, and added on twice. Now I have the right amount of points and a few leftover fun points each year. I love my 2 home resorts.

We finally became owners at SSR in October 2006. I kick myself for cancelling out on the cool deal I could have gotten in September 2005 with developer's points, etc. Alas, we got cold feet.

We have added on two more times.

I would love to do another add-on, but money is tight now.

We love DVC. We are spoiled with the DVC accommodations, especially when we go outside of Disney.

Purchased our first resale SSR contract in Oct 2005, add-on SSR Dec 2005, second add-on AKV Jun 2008 (new Aug UY), third add-on will be tomorrow for VGC!

My only regret is not understanding how our initial Feb UY wasn't the best choice for us since we travel in the Fall. We ended up selling our first add-on to start a new Aug UY.

Been members since 2007 and have not regretted it. I was there in 2006 and got a special on DDP for free if we came back within a year. I booked for the following year in Sept. We join DVC in August on 160 points, which for us is just the right amount. My wife is a nursing supervisor and we vacation in Jan when the weather is cold up in Chicago. We spend a week, which is how long my wife can get away from work. We have been at the BCV and BWV. Our home resort is AKV and we are going to wait a few years before we book there.(Kidani Village)It will be ready some time in 2009. 160 points gets us about a week and we have enjoyed our vacations there. We did not know about DVC before they opened a store in the Chicago Area. We were sold right away.

Member since the beginning!! Well, the card says '01/92', but we actually signed up in October of 1991 before OKW was ready to open. I'm told I have the 13th contract. How lucky is that? I love it, and have added on 3 times since.

Bought in 2006. Happy except for the most recent change, the reallocation of points. A Sunday to Thursday visitor took a pretty hard hit on that one.
