I guess I've been here longer than those who've posted--I've been around the boards, before they were "the boards".

Actually, they were the old tree style--Cathy Canada wasn't a webmaster, I don't even think she was a moderator--or at least not as actively so, but I believe she was still just a regular poster. In fact, Pete posted regularly, too--there were so many others and I won't list them, but I bet you could count on your hands, toes, and maybe your friend's fingers the number of people that regularly used the Dis Board (singular).

To answer the question, it's been since 1997--I gotta' get a life!

I was a "member" of the boards since before you had to register.

I remember the boards the way that Tess describes although I did not come around until about March 1998 - almost 5 years now! WOW!

2+ years now. I was somebody else for a year. After being gone for 2 weeks (at WDW!) I forgot my log in name AND password. It was just easier to become a new person.

I did not lurk at all. I had been on the PassPorter Board for 10 months before finding this place. At RADP 5, some guy asked me if I DIS'd and I thought he was a nut. Wonder who that was?

I had a different name when I started, but first regestered in April of 2000, when I was planning our first diney trip in August 2000.

So I guess almost three years now.
