How long from WDW to airport?

Our flight home on Sunday 12/14 leaves at 1:40 p.m. If we want to get to the airport by 12:00 when should we leave WDW.

11:30 if a Florida friend takes you, 11:15 using an in terminal rental car, 11 if using an off airport rental car, but expect Mears to pick you up at 10, or earlier if they don[t have a ten leaving your resort.

Don't know which way you are returning to th airport(MCO) but............we always "avoid" I-4 to 528, because of traffic tie ups.
We take 536 to 417 to the airport and have never had any delays or traffic tie ups. From OKW it never takes us more than 25 minutes with a rental car.
