I should know this since I've done it so many times but I actually want to book lunch arrival day and I don't wanna miss my reservation. I'm landing in Orlando at 8:45 AM and checking into POFQ. What time do you realistically think I can be in my hotel and checked in by?

It's generally 70 to 90 minutes from the time you get off the plane, but I would give it more like 2 hours. So around 11:00ish.

Keep in mind that there are many potential delays and if you do miss your reservation you will have to pay the cancellation fee (or, if its a prepaid meal, the entire cost of the meal.) If that's a problem then I highly recommend a counter service lunch.

If you are not worried about delays and paying a cancellation fee, you should be good with a 12:30 pm reservation. That should give you plenty of time to get from MCO to your resort and to the the ADR.

If you are concerned about delays and would not like to pay a cancellation fee, you could wait until you are actually in Orlando to book your ADR. You could check once you get on the bus at MCO to see what might be available for about 3 hours from that time. This way if you have any flight delays, you already have it accounted for.

This. If everything goes well and you land at 8:45, you should be at your resort by 10:30-11. But there are many things that could happen. We always pick an easy ADR to grab and book it after we land or sometimes on the ME bus to make sure everything will line up.

We land at 12:55p and have a 515p at Ohana on Halloween. I hope we have no problems arriving on time! That is the one ADR i do not want to miss! (we are staying at the Grand Floridian).
