How long does it take to get your refund on cancelled reservation

I had to cancel my reservation. They said it would be one to two billing cycles before my deposit was refunded. Does anyone have any experience on how long it will take to actually get my money back.

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know # of days I waited but it definitely wasn't 2 billing cycles. It'll probably show up as a credit on your card in the next week or two at the most.

What they are saying is that it could take up to two billing cycles. but chances are you will have it back in less than 2 weeks.

Mine took no more than 5 days to be credited to my Disney Visa. I switched my room only reservation on Monday to the newly extended 4/3 deal which means I had to cancel the old and create a new reservation, paying a new deposit.

Maybe they didn't like me. When I changed from a room only to the 4/3 deal it took almost a month for the refund to get to my credit card. I didn't care that much because I was just turning it around and sending it right back to them, but it did seem to take a long time.

that happened to me back in 2005 as well. We made a change 47 days prior to leaving and our credit still hadn't posted even once we RETURNED. I called and spoke to someone who said the original CM never submitted the credit (she was really apologetic about it too!) It showed up a couple of days later. Since that time it has always been 3-5 days.
