How long does DU get back with you on a price quote?

Hi everyone

I requested a price quote from DU for a possible cruise this next Dec/04 early this morning and still no response from them. How long do they respond back to you on a price quote? Are they closed today due to Veterans holiday?
 
it took them about 2 or 3 days to send an initial price quote to me. However, after I transfered my ressie to them, my questions were answered the same day.
 

The first time I did a land & Sea, I got a quote back from DU the
same day. This time it took 24 hours to hear back.

I then read about all allseastravel.com on this web site. They
were about $300.00 cheeper for our trip on the cruise we needed
so I booked with them.

Last time DU did a good job for me and I would use them again
if they could have met the price. Since they support these boards
I like to try them first.

I've always received mine within 24 hours. They are usually very prompt.
 
Thanks everyone. DU just emailed me :) and I already secured the resv. I did look at all seasons travel and there is just a slight difference between the two. I am keeping with DU they haven't let me down yet :).

I submitted a request to DU for a quote on the 10th but still haven't heard back. The other agencies I checked with have called or emailed me price quotes. This is our first time cruising so I am trying to be patient and check everything out. However, I am getting rather excited and feel the need to simply book! :hyper:

ooohhhhh 10 days is a little too long to wait for a quote!!!!!

There may be some issue preventing Dreams from getting the quote back to you - please email me and let's see if we can't get it straightened out and get you a quote right away.

LOL! You are right - 10 days is too long to wait, but it hasn't been that long for me. :) Just 2 days. I am just a tad too excited, I think! :hyper:
