How long do you have to upgrade your 4play FL pass into an AP?

I think there is a cuttoff date but my searches only found last years date. (Wondering if its still possible for a friend to upgrade on 4 play began in May that expired in June.) Thanks.

The cutoff date was July 11th. Disney usually gives a one month window after the Play 4 Days promotion expires but since the June 4th expiration would have put the renewal deadline smack in the middle of the July 4th busy time, they moved it back to July 11th.
