How long do you have to be a member before you have custom options?

I want to add an avatar but do you have to be a member for a certain amount of time?

Welcome to the DIS, I-Love-Dopey.

You should be able to add an avatar any time. Go to user cp > edit options and scroll all of the way to the bottom. The add avatar button is the very last one.

You can change your custom title after 30 posts and 30 days or you can post your request here and one of the mods will set it up for you.
