How long did ROFR take for you?

I know Disney has up to 30 days... I'm just wondering... what's the shortest you've heard?? what's the longest?? what's the average??

We've been waiting about three weeks, I've seen as little as 10 days or so while others have waited 30. It seems BCV and BWV take longer, but that's just an observation. We are waiting on a BWV contract, as patiently as possible

Our first contract only took about 10 days. We are now waiting to see if we pass ROFR on our second contract -- the contract just went to Disney this Monday. Jaki (the broker) said to figure 3 weeks, although typically it is somewhat less than that. It is my understanding that Disney only reviews contracts once a week (on Tuesday). Both contract are at BWV...

Ten days for BWV back in February/March. (It seemed much longer!)

We worked with DVC by Resale.
