How long before 500.00 gc arrives?

We closed in May on a addtional 100 points at SSR. And haven't gotten our 500.00 GC yet. How long is it taking?

I spoke with our CM about this because for our first add-on we had our gc within a couple of weeks. He told me they no longer send them right out - they wait until after closing. He said it has been taking from 4-6 weeks after your date of closing. I have not received ours and we closed on the 28th of May.

He said there is no need for concern, but that I should expect it to take much longer now than with the first add-on.
