How long B4 getting FTP confirmation?

Paid our balance a little over a week ago for trip starting 8/6. How long do you think it will take to get written conf.? I called yesterday as we were contemplating switching from CBR back to ASMO, and everything was A-OK in the system, but I always feel much better once I have that piece of paper in my hands. We booked thru WDTC.

I am having the same problem. My deposit is due on July 3 and I still haven't rec'd my confirmation. I called them and they told me it was never sent, but, if I hadn't called inquiring about it I would have lost the reservations. I did make my deposit over the phone even though I didn't want too, but I didn't want to lose the reservation. I originally made ressies in Feb. and didn't recieve a written confirmation either. When I changed to the FTP a few weeks ago they said they sent the conf. back in Feb.
So, I would call them. In fact, if I don't recieve my written confirm next week, I will call them again and see if they can fax or something. Like you, I want to see this all in writing. Good luck to you!!!!! I wish I was going now instead of in Nov.

I got my confirmation within the week that I booked. I would think that you should get yours within a 7-10 day booking.
