I was at WDW 4/18-4/25. If you get to the parks first thing in the morning you can walk-on the rides with little to no wait (less than 10 minutes.) After 10:30 or so, the crowds begin to build and waits are between 30-60 minutes. During the busy afternoon and evening hours, I would go on less known (or popular) rides with almost no wait and save the biggies for later in the evening or EMH. I have never been to WDW during Jersery Week but have been Thanksgiving week and the week after. While the parks are busy, it is NOTHING compared to Thanksgiving Weekend.
