How long after existing "package deals" expire do the new ones come out?

Since the free dining must be booked by July 3, any idea how long we will have to wait to see some (hopefully) other "deals" come out? Seems like AP codes used to come out shortly after the old ones expired. Any guesses?

My guess would be that MAYBE we will see something come out Late Aug early Sept for the winter months. I don't expect it to be free dining but maybe another offer like they are doing at DL; buy 3 get the 4th free. Most likely it will be for a longer stay at WDW b/c trips there are more often between 5 and 10 nights vs the 3 nights average at DL.
