UPS just knocked on my door at 7:05 PM, they tried to deliver once already, at 4:10 yesterday, but i wasn't at home.

so how late is too late in your opinion? how early is too early?

I think as the holidays get closer UPS starts delivering packages earlier and continues their deliveries late into the evening. ::yes::

I do not care how early or how late.

I would think after 9 would be too late. Only because it would freak me out to have someone knocking on the door that late.

Before 7:30 or 8 would be too early for me, for the same reason above.

Our UPS guy doesn't even ring the bell. He just leaves packages on the front step. Honestly though, I don't consider 7 to be late at all.

9 pm.

Our UPS starts getting this late closer to the holidays.

Are you bothered by getting this package? Or happy they came back? Just wondering :confused3

I'm not bothered, i'm happy they came back at all! but i was just thinking that i'm sure this is late for some people. :confused3

I seem to recall that some of those drivers can't end their work day until they finish delivering ALL the packages.

7:05pm is late? I get up at 5am and I'll accept a package until at LEAST 9pm:rotfl: (I love me some packages:cool1:)

As long as I get what I want, I don't care what time it comes!!

The UPS guy that has the route up here at the lake often doesn't get here till sometime between 6:30 pm and 7 pm.. No problem..:thumbsup2

Anytime between 8AM and 9PM is fine.

Well, now, that there is a tag!! lol

I love my UPS driver. He's so accomodating and considerate. I cant' imagine anyone expecting a package being annoyed that a driver working through the dinner hour into the evening got the job done. :)

If it was the hunky Fed Ex guy he could ring my bell anytime! The UPS guy probably around 9 if my lights are on.

Well, I can see with robbers dressing up as phony UPS men trying to gain access into a house, it would be good to know what time they actually stop delivering. :scared1:

But, I would think after 9 pm would be too late.

Last year the lastest delivery that we got from ups was 9:45....they always run late around Christmas. Most of the time they just toss it on your step anyway but my dog will hear and start barking so I know they are there.

7 is not to late. Boy, I feel bad for these guys/girls working so late. I'm sure they just want to get home to their families.

Completely off topic, but how old are you now? And you're living on your own? I feel sooooo old! :rotfl:

If I still have lights on in the house, then I wouldn't mind a delivery person knocking on my door. But if it's late and the house is dark, that would be too late to try to deliver a package, unless the delivery person is familiar with the house (we used to have a "regular" UPS man for years) and puts the package inside the garage, thus not disturbing us.

How early in the morning? Again - lights on in the house, okay. House dark, not okay. :) If I had to pick a time, I'd say not to start until 8:00.

Well, this time of year, I'd say after 10PM would be too late. The delivery services are probably crazed trying to get everything dellivered.
