I am miserable ones the temperature goes beyond 60 ... I am sorry i know I was born in a very hot country raised in a tropical country and all my life I had stayed indoors where there is AC unless am in the Mouse's company I could care less of the heat but if I am here in Pa ... I cannot stand summer... do you knmow I have not had to use heat for several years now during winter season ??? Hmmm as a matter of fact I moved here in 1990 and I must have used the heat 1 or 2 times ...

mine is from my accident last Nov. 06, my body is still paying for it... and since I skipped 2 session for my physical therapy when I went to visit mom and dad this past Thursday to Sunday.... the tension from my neck is causing havoc all the way to my head

so whats up with your neck of the woods....

My DS10 is still sick. Took him to the doctor today. Ear infection and flu

took 3 more advil... and took a long hot shower for my neck and shoulder... but still the same... maybe when I wake things will be much better... I have to hang in here for the next 23 days.. then I can vegitate for 7 whole days !

G'morning peeps.. head ache is much better just a lil ache on the shoulders to the neck.... I am so happy to be seeing my chiropractor tomorrow !! It is a bit gloomy to be the 2nd day of spring but the temp is much warmer than yesterday... Also I woke up sneezing so YES spring has finally arrive... Well off to go looking for breakfast... have a good Day Peeps !!!
