Well I hope everybody had a good weekend. I am getting ready to start another day of work ! My 3rd of 15 Had a sluggish start since I decided to make dinner for lunch... Jerked Salmon cooked over a warm pan with grapeseed oil, steamed mix vegetable over nori and brown rice with a nice glass of Moscato D'Asti!!! How did I get to work ??? Hmmmm Yeah How did I get to work

I am still up. At WORK. I get off at 5am. It's a dirty job but someone has to do it.

Well am getting ready to start till 4AM hope to see yah later
