How late can you make dinner ressies?

If a park closes at 8, what is the latest you could make a dining ressie at a park restaurant?

I would guess that it depends on the restaurant. I have a 7:15 at 50s PT in DHS when it closes at 7:00 and also one at 7:15 for Garden Grill when FW closes at 7:00 but that's an EMH night. I'd suggest looking online for the restaurant you want for perhaps a night that the park closes at 8:00, even if your particular date isn't available yet. You can look for times available without actually booking it. Good luck.
