Haven't been able to find any official thing or thread about how late past ADR you can arrive without being dumped. Anyone have any info? Is it 10 or 15 mins....is it anything official?

I believe it is 15 minutes, but if they call your name and you are not there, they have been known to dump you off the list, so I wouldn't risk it.

No, there is no official policy about when you're considered a "no show". I've read 30 minute (here on the Disboard), but I've also heard a CM at check-in tell someone that they were 15 minutes late and therefore will be treated as a walk-up. So, given that they ask you to show up 15-minutes before your ADR, I would not be late (especially if it's a popular place like BOG).

Keep in mind too that they request that you be at your ADR 15 minutes ahead of time. I would do your very best to not be late, or you risk losing you ADR. And being charged as a no-show for it too.

They won't call your name if you haven't checked in at the podium. After you've checked in the CMs put you on the list for a table for your party size. If you leave at that point and your name is called you will probably not be seated if you return later.

There isn't any official rule, but usually they'll give you 10 or 15 minutes after your ADR time, but as the PP said, they do recommend that you show up about 10 or 15 minutes early. If you are late, they might put you on the walk up list or if it's very busy turn you away. We've seen both happen. At one very busy restaurant the CM told a couple they were 16 minutes late and they were given the option of being a walk up. At another restaurant which was running far behind schedule latecomers were told they could no longer be seated.

We saw this at both O'hana and Crystal palace. At O'hana the party checking in just ahead of us was turned away. The man at first was saying they were not that late and then we heard him say something about he couldn't believe them not honoring their reservation, just because they were fifteen minutes late. We showed up about 20 minutes early for ours and still had to wait until almost an hour after our ADR time to be seated.

At Crystal Palace the family in front of us got really mad. They were arguing that they had shown up early and was told that they couldn't check in until closer to their ADR time, so they left, rode a ride and came back, and now they were being turned away because they were late? The CM said she had told them to come back closer to their ADR time, not after it. I'm not sure how long past their ADR time it was though or how early they had previously tried to check in.

I can see this as being a real problem with the FP+ lines being large. To avoid a penalty I guess you have to decide to let your place in line at ride to go so you aren't late for your ADR. This whole mess with CC penalty and the stupid FP+ is really pathetic. Our May trip will be our last after going yearly. It's time to move on from Disney. They don't care but I find it sad.

I like them having a no show penalty. It has made getting ADRs much easier. People can't be bothered to hog a bunch and then cancel the ones they decide they don't really want. I went in December and I didn't find it any trouble at all to work my ADR times around my FP+ times. And I was on the dining plan too.
