I'm going to move this to the Resorts Board where you may get more replies.
:)

We used this club in July. My boys were 9, 8 and 4. The club is relatively small, but they had a great time. We were eating at V&A's and it was nice to know they were right downstairs. No problems what so ever.

The club is very small and geared for younger kids. We used it once while dining at V&A's.

They only take children that are registered guests at the GF, or whose parents are dining at V&A's. The club only holds maybe 20 kids, so they really limit who can use it.

Is it smaller that the cubs den at WL.....

I booked it while we dine at Narcosees.....CM didn't even ask me where
I was dining....had dinner ressie made before I called for kids club.

You don't have to be staying at the GF or Disney property to take advantage of the Disney childcare facilities. We have stayed on and off property many times and used the clubs at WL, GF, Poly, AKL, and CR (when there was one there).

My son who is now 8 has been to the Mouseketeer Clubhouse a bunch of times and likes it alot. In fact he was just there on our Christmas trip. It is much smaller than the other clubs. My son just reported that he played video games, played with toys, and watched a movie when he was there. If you are looking for a smaller club I would recommend the Mousekteer Clubhouse.

Thanks everyone:goodvibes

Does anyone know if the mouseketeer club is SMALLER than cubs den at WL?

Hi Kerri-

The Mouseketeer Clubhouse seems smaller than the Cub's Den so I bet it is. I just noticed you are from Long Island-I grew up there. Yesterday we had a cold snap here in Florida; I felt like I was back on Long Island. Brrrrrrrrrrrr.

Hi! My DD6 went by herself one night when we were staying at GF and went to Jiko at AKL for dinner and she announched that she was tired of eating out :) - other DD who was 3 was too young to attend and accompanied us (and enjoyed) dinner.

Following year, DDs were 7 and 4 and both went while we went to V&A's. I might add that neither initally wanted to go that night.

BUT...the girls had positive experiences and both really enjoyed it. The first time older DD attended, she did not want to leave and we actually went back to the room and let her stay another hour so she could "finish" her craft project.

The seond time, both girls said they had a great time. They played video games, bingo and a couple of crafts. Both were very involved when we picked them up and said they'd like to go back again.

Felt very safe both times - they keep the door locked and are very particular about who enters. I was concerned about leaving to go to AKL for dinner and the CM assured me that as long as I did not board an airplane, it would work;) .
