Since Southwest no longer has the cheapest flights out of our area, I am thinking of switching from the Chase Southwest Visa to the Jet Blue American Express. We use our cards for everything and pay off monthly to earn free flights.

Would like some input good or bad on this Jet blue reward card.

thanks

We did the same thing, about 2 years ago! Been very happy with the JB AmEx, except there are still places that don't take AmEx, so its best to still have a Visa... DH flies weekly, so the miles have added up. JB is easy to use, tho its weird - sometimes flights seem to go down in cost as it goes closer to departure, so keep an eye out. For short flights, round trips tend to cost DH about 10,000 to 12,000 miles. Price in miles is based on cost, so buying a $200 flight will cost more in miles than a $100 flight - I remember SWA used to just spend our free trips as trips, regardless of how far we were flying.

On a side note, recently, JB has been coming in more expensive than Delta for DH. So we have a delta freq flyer card, but the credit card with JB.
