How is the crystal palace lunch different from dinner?

Hi. Beside the extra cost, what things on the buffet are different from lunch to dinner? Which do you prefer?

because I like the prime rib and the different meat selections ....we prefer the dinner .....there are so many choices that either would be good .....the lunch selection is just a little different and no prime rib but they have the flank steak intead.....both are good
