157 today, my purifier goes over and under 50 this morning, higher than yesterday, normally ranges from 1 - 12.

Yup…same by me in central jersey near the coast. Had itchy eyes yesterday. Today it’s itchy eyes, tickle in my throat and mild headache. I’ve read that we may be in for these smoke days through the summer on and off depending on the weather pattern. This has me wishing that warmer air from the south moves in soon.

Southern Ontario here, right by the Buffalo border. It’s hazy and yellow out but I’ve seen it worse. Enough that I don’t want the windows open all day but not bad enough that I won’t go outside for a few minutes here and there.

Very hazy today, air smells like a fireplace. We have a warning for two days again. I think the entire summer may be this way. We also have our purifier on, I’m too lazy to check the numbers, lol. I do see the ring going red, yellow, red , yellow.
I am not staying indoors all weekend, I’m fed up. If it semi-nice, minus the smoke, which we know we have, I’m gonna swim and sit outside. Summer is too short

It won't be. They'll get the fires under control; a few good days of rain will help. Fire season came early to Alberta/BC this year and it was unreal; the fires were 500 miles north yet this was Calgary for many, many days in May:



Weird blessing, but a raging snowstorm in early June tamped out almost a million hectares that were burning. As of today, there are no wildfires reported in the province. Your's too, shall pass.

I'm in the Boston area and it's awful here right now. It's hazy and the beautiful blue sky of earlier today has just about vanished. I just received an air quality index alert of 141 on my iPhone and my sinuses are becoming irritated.

Yup, I'm in NJ and while we're at "moderate levels" today (currently at 66), I don't need for the news/weather people to tell me that the smoke is back as I get a tickle in my throat and then a little cough. It's super annoying. I've heard several experts say this is going to go on (and off) all summer and I'm starting to believe it.

We were finally getting a nice sunny day, but instead it's all hazy from smoke.
