How is the best way to contact member services about a recent stay?

The only time we have had villa issues was during our last stay at BCV's. They put us in a villa overlooking the bridge/road that goes around the outside of the resort. When we opened the balcony doors and a bus went by spewing diesel smell with the loudspeaker announcing that MK would be open until 2 am that night, I said to DH to get us out of here. There were also issues with the condition of the furniture and light in that villa (dents, kitchen lights not working, no towels, etc.) so we insisted on getting moved. The 2nd villa we were given wasn't much better, but at least we didn't have to hear the buses coming and going all day and night and smelling exhaust.

In 22 years as a member, I have never, ever had any CM allude that I "couldn't be moved because I'm a member", including of course those times when I stayed at a hotel/DVC villa combo resort. Never. And if that ever did happen I would immediately response that that is a moot point. I am a paying guest.

Disneynutz is correct that what MS thinks and the resort thinks can be 2 very different things. But this much is sure. If you ever have a resort issue, SPEAK UP while you are there at the resort! While you are having the issue. FD cannot fix what they do not know about. I want my stay to be GOOD so if something isn't right, I am going to be asking them to please remedy it. And as quickly as possible. Again, I am very polite but very firm.
