we will be staying at bwv, but was thinking of walking over to have lunch around pool at swan..are you allowed to eat there if you are not a guest?do you need wristband for pool?
You can't swim in those pools if you are a non-guest.They do check over there
Really??? I have never been asked to show my key or wristband or anything to prove where I'm staying. I think that's a myth...

The Dolphin has a fine pool, but it isn't a cool, themed pool with cool water slides or anything. No volcanos, clowns or Aztec stuff. It's just a regular pool. There are better pools, there are worse. They don't check when I'm there.
I'm here now & no one has checked or asked if we're guests when swimming or eating at the Grotto pool. It's FREEZING so the pool area is empty. We're checking out at noon & making one last quick trip down there shortly. Of course today is going to be 70 & sunny & beautiful & we're outta here! This is my 4th stay at S/D & we've never been asked if we're guests at the pool or had to have wristbands. Maybe they only enforce that when they anticipate that the pool area will be full.

Why do you think they shouldn't eat lunch at the Dolphin?I dont know it is allowed or not but you should not do that.![]()

I've done that when visiting WL when I wasn't staying there. I never realized that was against the rules, I just thought it was using the pool.
