Can you explain a little more how American and Irish sausage differ? The Mash looked really good to me, but am not curios what to expect if they are different?
The sausages in England (Bangers) are much larger than American breakfast sausage, not as spicy usaally, not like Italian or brats orpolish. But very good, mash is mashed potatoes. Ihave seen Bob Evans Large breakfast sausage that look just like them!
