We have never eaten here but we decided to make the ADR since we'll be staying at BCV the same night and thought it would be easy. The menu looks good, does it have nice atmosphere and good food?

We ate there on March 1st, the food was good. My sister & I shared one dinner, and my DH and DBIL had their own. We also shared an appitizer. We had an ADR and were seated immediately. We like Captains Grill. We will be eating there for breakfast when we stay at the BCV in November.

What can I say about the Captain Grille? It has friendy CMs, great food & fast service & no characters if that turn you off :rotfl: But really it dies have the best sit down around. eat there every time we have been. At times you don't need an ADR :goodvibes

DH and I were there for the first time in May. We liked it a lot. We took the launch over from EPCOT. (Walking would be faster but not as 'magical'.) The food was excellent, the atmosphere relaxing, the service good. We went for a 1:00 lunch and it was very quiet. It is definitely a place that we will return to.

:cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

We went for breakfast twice, once off the menu and it was ok and once off the buffet and it was terrible. The buffet was totally ignored for the 35 minutes we were there and they serve the same foods that Cape May serves only at Cape May they are busier so I guess the food is turned out faster and fresher.

We went for dinner once and loved it, we had the wedge salad and caesar salad and they were absolutely fantastic. I had the pork chop which was the best pork chop I ever had and DH had the roasted chicken which was great except for the so called baked beans that went along with it....they were like a soup and there was a ton of red peppers in it so the entire flavor was red pepper....next time we will sub out the beans for potatoes. The dinner rolls were great, they were cheddar cheese rolls.

We would skip the breakfast but for sure go back for dinner.

We had breakfast there twice in May as well as one dinner. We enjoyed all our meals. I thought the breakfast buffet was fine. Not as extensive as Boma or Fresh but it had good variety and the things I chose were quite good.

Although none of us ordered it, one man was raving about the seafood stew at dinner.

We've also enjoyed lunch there in the past.

We'll be back. It's a pleasant restaurant with good food and service.

We had a fantastic dinner there. :goodvibes

We would go back, good service and good food.

Thanks so much everyone. I think it's a keeper then! On this trip we are trying to do everything different, other than staying at OKW for part of the trip where we've been before. We are skipping our "usual" restaurants like Kona, Ohana, etc. and are excited to try some new places!
