Fingers crossed for you, BUT remember that pretty much everyone is celebrating something - delayed or not - and many of the CMs will say they "sprinkled pixie dust". He may have been able to do something, BUT don't be disappointed if there's nothing over-the-top special.

Made me internally chuckle a little because I thought, Well can your pixie dust give me the room I want? But really I imagined my son receiving some kind of birthday button or sticker lol

Buttons are definitely doable - they have had a place at least in MK where you can make your own if you don’t want to go to the front desk.
