I have tickets and I am looking forward to it but wonder how "scary" it is going to be?

It's that thread that actually made me ask the question! It sounds like it is not for the faint of heart to say the least! Just wanting to know what I am getting into (I'm not a weenie but I really have this thing about zombies - give me the creeps)

Thanks for the info - I am more worried about the people in the crowds now than the actual park and scareactors. I hope they won't have that Scares Tales again given what I've read here. People falling down and getting mad and swearing at you would really be awful. In your experience, are the crowds really wild?

Speaking of scareactors, you said you have to go up to them now. Did you mean they aren't popping out at you all over the place or that they aren't as spontaneous about going on rides, etc.?

It might be intense for women

This will be my only post
~ in other words, I will not respond to any responses~ HOWEVER , I cannot BELIEVE how sexist those comments were.
Just because certain women act a certain way, does not class ALL women into a catagory. The event is intense, not any more or less intense for a specific sex. If you are speaking about a specific experience YOU had, then be sure to word it as such. EXAMPLE : All of the women I have gone with have been more frightned then the men who attended.
I am offended, & hope you are not raising any sons. Or daughters.

Wow!!
Almost overlooked this thread. Gotta bump this one up a bunch, this is platinum stuff!!
Who'da thunk it?!

And yeah, HHN too intense for me, DW, & DD.

Okay, anyway....getting back to the original question: 'How intense is HHN?' I worked HHN from 1992-2001. It's not for kids.
Everyone's intensity level is different. Universal puts on a GREAT SHOW! If Halloween is your thing-do it! Leave the kiddies at home. I am no longer associated with Universal Orlando, but a good friend of mine, still there told me this year, at IOA, will be the most grusome yet. I am coming all the way from Nevada to see it this year. Halloween is my thing though.

jus' bumpin' up a classic!
(since HHN is upon us... er, ya'll anyway)

Just because someone said it's only scary to girls doesn't make him a sexist.

LIGHTEN UP!

You are WAY too easily offended. Get over yourself! Life is too short to be miserable.

i got scared in most of the houses. more like a being caught off guard reaction ("oh sh*t!") as opposed to a terrified one ("AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!" high pitched girly scream)
