How in the world do I print envelopes?

OMG. I feel like such an idiot. I can't figure out how to print the mousekeeping envelope designs I've downloaded.

At this point, I'm just ready to print the design and glue them on an envelope. If I was at work I could ask one of the project people, but I'm not going to be back to work before we leave.

Can someone walk this design newbie through how to use word to print the envelope?
