How good is Disney Concierge?

I guess so far we have been luckier. Our first CL stay was in July. Changed room res 3 times to finally settle on CL @ BC. I contacted them initially but they did respond and asked if we needed any help with our planning. Staff was very friendly and helpful while we were there. Helped when some of our pictures didn't show up on MM and straightened out a billing problem. We are staying at AKL CL in 16(!) days. When I booked the reservation, they contacted me about 2 days later. We are only staying 1 night then moving to YC GV but not club. I asked for help getting an ADR for one of the nights that we are at the YC and they got it for me. I have been contacted since and they again offered to help with anything else we may need help with. Reservation is made for BC CL for July '15 and was contacted within 1 week. Have to fill out the questionnaire still but it is so far away I'm not sure about ADRs yet. First reservation was made through a TA, the other 2 I did myself directly with Disney. Don't know if that made a difference with how soon I was contacted.
 
I have read this thread with a little bit of surprise. Our last visit to BWI CL the IPo was very helpful answering questions before our trip though we did do our own ADR and FP+. when we arrived at the hotel the CM were not only friendly but helpful. I had requested a boardwalk view but received a garden view, but went and talked to a CL CM who did some checking and we were switched to a boardwalk view 2 days later. When we were running late and knew we would be missing our TSM FP time they checked for availability for later in the day and when there wasn't any she added a anytime FP+ to our bands for us.

Twice we had billing problems at a restaurant and both times the CL CM looked it up for us and fixed the problem. We didn't make it back to the lounge during the day very often but just having a CM always at the desk to take care of problems for us if any arose was worth the extra cost for the CL. We will be returning in a couple of weeks for my husbands birthday and there was no question were we would be staying.

No, it wasn't all your fault. Charging privileges aren't only for guests doing online check-in. The CM didn't ask you and you didn't ask him. It's not automatic.
