I do believe they can officially do it about a year in advance, I'll defer that one to someone that really knows. However I do know that you can make payments by mailing them in (they send a "bill" everymonth), calling, or even online. I also know that you have to pay the balance 45 days before your scheduled trip... Happy plannning!

Hello All!!! It looks like my next trip to WDW won't be until spring break of 2008 but we were there this year at that time and had a blast! My question is: how far out can I book my resort reservations? I know a deposit is required and I CAN make payments, correct? Also, if I remember correctly, all has to be paid in full a month before our trip?

You can book room only reservations 499 days out. If you do book a room only rate the deposit equals 1 night room and tax. Currently only 2006 rates are guaranteed. You would pay the balance upon arrival at the resort. If you book a package, the final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. Packages are only out through the end of 2006. I would recommend booking a room only reservation then switching to a package (can't beat the dining plan) once the packages are out. Enjoy!!!
