About 40 minutes. About 32-35 minutes.

I'd agree on the time for the actual drive. Don't forget to add time for the actual pick-up of the rental at the airport to the whole process if you're on a tight schedule.

It took us 35 min to drive from the Poly to the airport. Traffic was good and there were no problems on the road. I planed for 45-60 min, just in case.
