How far in avance to contact Randy?

We have gone over our options and we have decided the only thing we would like about Disney photography would be the wedding shoot, and we have both agreed no way do want to get up that early. We are going ot the honeymoon package in casual clothes. So, we want Randy Chapman to be our photographer. can you tell me approximatrly how far in advance we should contact him? We are looking at the weekend of Easter 2007! I believe we will do it that Friday before, the 6th. any advice from anyone who has already used Mr. Chapman?

First you need to set your date, because you do not want to book him for the wrong date. I am booking for Nov 10 and contacted him last week

I would book him as soon as you are sure of your date, since he books up fast. DD(melmel) booked one year out.

I had Randy pencil us in for the date that we were PRETTY sure about and pen it in as soon as I knew...that way I didn't lose him!

i would contact him now. we booked randy before our 1 year mark & he had other inquiries for our date a tuesday.

I have contacted him about my date (december 5th) and im going to be booking on Monday , i would have done it sooner but i fi9nd it difficult with the 5hr time difference!

I contacted him at the end of last February for July. Interestingly, we'll get our actual photos and album at the end of this February! We also had a Tuesday afternoon wedding, which might have opened up some availability opportunity. Good luck!

I am planning on getting married in Aug of 06 at either shades of green or swan and dolphin. Does randy do pictures if it not a WDW wedding and does anyone have a website to him
