How far in advance to arrange pickup?

DD and I are doing a quick trip to WDW at the end of October. Usually, we rent a car. But, since we will only be there 4 days, I decided to forgo the rental and arrange for pickup to and from. We are booked into a Disney resort, but I may change the resort if a good deal comes out for AP holders. I would arrange the shuttle service now, but I'm not sure where we will ultimately be staying. How far in advance do I need to book with the shuttle service to have a car pick us up at the airport?

If you're planning to use Mears, no advance notice is required. Just go to their counter when you arrive at MCO. I don't know about any of the other shuttle services.

I wait until I've booked my flight. That way there is no confusion as to WHEN I need to be picked up. Although last November NWA cancelled/changed our flights three times! Yourride never had a problem with it. I have changed my hotel as late as the day before arrival and that too was never been a problem for Yourride.
