How far ahead to schedule Yourride?

Our dates are 11/9-16. How far in advance should I reserve/schedule Yourride?

We reserve as soon as we have booked our flights. If it were my company, I'd appreciate having as much time to plan staffing/scheduling as I could get. JMHO. YMMV.
