in line with my "creative" post, i would like to know if you think the riddle below is hard or easy?

In the park of the Hat you'll find us all there,
in between all the sci-fi and the stunts is "Hot Air".
There's a frog and an animal all joking around,
then there's little me singing but not very loud.
Remember me singing whilst all on my own,
Well, its here in this spot, yes here in this home.
Once you've solved this small riddle you'll find it right here,
for you 3 on your holiday with love and good cheer.

Would you be able to work out where you should go in a house to find something if you were given this riddle???

It sounds to me like the "Singing in the Rain" umbrella where you can stand below it and get sprinkled with water.

I'll admit it. I'm a little confused. The riddle sounds like MGM Studios with Kermit and the Gang, but you couldn't hide your box at MGM to be found. Then you mention to remember you there singing while everyone is gone. That makes me think you may hide it a bird cage or something. Am I even close? Of course, I was up wat too late last night and too early this morning. That could be my problem, too. :lmao:

Well, your right about MGM and Muppets.

I do have to ask though - and this will probably give it away, but oh well. Have the muppets ever brought any songs out in the USA?

In the UK there was a very famous song which even non-disney fans will remember

There was a song called "It's not easy being green" but that is the only 1 I remember at present.

OH!!! It is half way up the stairs, but I would never have figured it out without the "its not easy being green" guess.

Now I reread the poem, I understand but....It wasn't clear who was singing... I thought it was you! I thought it meant the shower too.

I like it! What are you giving them?

well done - you got it!

Its just disney dollars, but she hasnt got the faintest I have them and she is mad about disney. I didnt want to just give her an envelope with them in, I wanted to make it special.

I cant work out where people are getting the shower thing from though? Perhaps i'll have to work out another place and make it easier then.

As for the "little me singing", my family know i'm not little so they wont think its me, and i believe it was kermits little nephew that sung that song - hence the "little me", and he sung it very quitely and delicate!

hmmmm, gona have to put my thinking cap on??? If anyone has any ideas i'd be very grateful :o)

I think people are taking this part:

then there's little me singing but not very loud.
Remember me singing whilst all on my own,

and thinking the one place people are alone in their house and singing, is in the shower. hehe

ahhhh now I see where you have got it from! May have to re-think it

Am I the only dummy. I know the answer and I still don't get it??? I've reread it 10 times. Halfway up the stairs? Huh?

Kermit's nephew (sorry cant remember his name) brought out a song about being halfway up the stairs. It was way back when the muppets had a regular sunday night spot on national TV.

I don't remember his name either, but here are the lyrics....
Ooo... and I guess his name is Robin!
Didn't know it was by A.A. Milne either.

"Halfway down the stairs"

(written by A.A. Milne, sung by Robin on The Muppet Show)

Halfway down the stairs is a stair where I sit.
There isn't any other stair quite like it.
I'm not at the bottom, I'm not at the top.
So this is the stair where I always stop.

Halfway up the stairs isn't up and isn't down.
It isn't in the nursery, it isn't in the town.
And all sorts of funny thoughts run round my head.
It isn't really anywhere, it's somewhere else instead.

Halfway down the stairs is a stair where I sit.
There isn't any other stair quite like it.
I'm not at the bottom, I'm not at the top.
So this is the stair where I always stop.
